We are looking for a skilled 
Automation Engineer / Python Developer
 to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in integrating AI tools and automation workflows into our existing web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and AI model integration (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).

You will collaborate with our product and data teams to design, develop, and deploy automation systems, and assist in training and fine-tuning AI models to improve system performance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts and backend logic in 
    Python
     to streamline internal and external workflows.
  • Integrate and manage 
    AI APIs
     (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, etc.) into web applications.
  • Build connectors or middleware between our applications and third-party AI tools.
  • Collaborate with the data and ML teams to 
    train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models
    .
  • Design and implement 
    data pipelines
    , monitoring tools, and process automation frameworks.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation systems and ensure performance optimization.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Support debugging, testing, and deployment processes in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years
     of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of 
    REST APIs
    , 
    webhooks
    , and 
    automation frameworks
    .
  • Experience working with 
    AI/ML APIs
     (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud services
     (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with 
    data handling
    , 
    ETL
    , or 
    pandas/Numpy
     for preprocessing.
  • Proficiency in 
    version control (Git)
     and 
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Basic knowledge of 
    web technologies
     (JavaScript, , or Django/Flask backend frameworks).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience building 
    chatbots, RAG systems, or AI-driven assistants
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Docker
     and 
    containerised deployments
    .
  • Understanding of 
    prompt engineering
     and 
    vector databases
     (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of 
    automation tools
     like Selenium, Playwright, or RPA frameworks.
  • Background in 
    data science, NLP, or ML model integration
    .
