We're hiring a skilled
AI Automation Engineer
to
build a 3-phase AI-driven sales automation system
using
n8n
,
OpenAI GPT-4
,
Slack
,
Google Drive
, and
Salesforce
. You'll design, deploy, and optimize intelligent workflows that dramatically reduce manual work across discovery, proposal, and forecasting pipelines.

This is a short-term, high-impact contract ideal for someone who loves building intelligent automation ecosystems.

What You'll Build (3 Phases)
Phase 1 – Core Automation Layer

  • Automate Discovery → Calibration → Partner workflows

  • Agents to build:

  • Company Research Agent (GPT-based)

  • Discovery Call Prep Agent
  • Discovery Notes Assistant (summarizes transcripts)
  • Executive Summary Agent
  • Partner Cadence Tracker


Phase 2 – CRM & Proposal Automation

  • Integrate with Salesforce + RFx workflows

  • Agents to build:

  • Salesforce Sync Agent

  • RFP Analyzer & Compliance Matrix Builder
  • Technology Battlecard Generator
  • Executive Dashboard Agent (feeds Looker Studio)


Phase 3 – Intelligence Layer

  • Add forecasting, RFP monitoring (e.g., ), and a content library system

  • Agents to build:

  • Forecast & Pipeline Analyzer

  • RFP Opportunity Intelligence Agent
  • Proposal Content Indexer

Stack:

  • n8n (Pro preferred)
    – for orchestration
  • OpenAI GPT-4 or 4o
  • Slack, Google Drive, Docs/Sheets
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Looker Studio
    (for dashboard outputs)
  • Bonus: Experience with APIs like

    , PDF parsing, LangChain, or Zapier is a plus.

You Are:

  • A strong automation builder (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
  • Confident with GPT-4/4o API and prompt engineering
  • Comfortable working with business logic and user journeys
  • Able to deliver clean, well-documented, testable flows
  • Available to work fast (each phase is scoped to ~2 weeks)
