About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our in-house team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive traffic, increase visibility, and improve user engagement across various platforms. You should be confident in your ability to rank all types of websites—from corporate pages to eCommerce stores and service-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement SEO strategies that improve organic rankings and overall site performance
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and technical planning
  • Develop strategies that work across different website types (corporate, eCommerce, service-based, blogs, etc.)
  • Optimize website content, meta data, and internal linking structures
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO including backlinks and outreach strategies
  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to maintain SEO standards
  • Audit and improve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, redirects, and site speed
  • Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of proven SEO experience across a variety of website types
  • Strong ability to rank and manage SEO for corporate sites, online stores, local service websites, and more
  • Master's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Expertise with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO and website architecture
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and strategies is a bonus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with local SEO and schema markup
  • Ability to write SEO-focused content when required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
