Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, managing online presence, overseeing promotional activities, and conducting market research. The role includes coordinating with various departments to ensure brand consistency, analyzing market trends, and reporting on campaign performance to drive business growth.

Requirements &
Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and B2B (LinkedIn experience preferred).
  • Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Skilled in creating marketing materials and managing online presence across platforms.
  • Experience in overseeing promotional activities and conducting market research.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics software, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
  • Experience in the textile or garment industry is an added advantage.
