Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, coordinating with different departments, managing loan disbursement and recovery processes, and preparing operational reports. The role includes ensuring seamless process flows and enhancing efficiency in bank operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management and administrative skills
  • Experience in banking operations and financial services
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus
