Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure timely completion of packaging schedules.

Supervise maintenance operations of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).

Implement preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with the maintenance team for prompt repairs.

Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and maintenance logs.

Support inventory management of raw materials, packaging supplies, and spare parts.

Assist in workforce supervision, training, and performance monitoring.

Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in operations or production (preferably in food packaging/FMCG).

Strong knowledge of production processes, maintenance management, and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office.
