Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled
Production Officer
to oversee and optimize production operations. The role requires ensuring timely order fulfillment, machinery efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will play a key part in decision-making, problem-solving, and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Lead problem-solving and decision-making to address production issues effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in production operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with machinery operations and efficiency optimization.
  • Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
