Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, procurement, and commissioning
    of electrical equipment, ensuring each meets technical specifications and compliance standards:
  • Fire Pumps
    : Conduct technical scrutiny and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards during procurement and commissioning.
  • Water Transfer Pumps
    : Review technical documentation, ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, and oversee procurement for various pump systems.
  • Electrical Motors
    : Perform technical evaluations and ensure motors meet performance specifications, energy efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Lighting Systems
    : Verify the technical specifications and ensure all lighting systems comply with energy regulations and efficiency standards.
  • Diesel Generators
    : Scrutinize technical specifications and ensure compliance with performance, safety, and environmental regulations for backup power systems.
  • Electrical Cables
    : Ensure all electrical cables are procured in compliance with the required standards, focusing on durability, safety, and fire resistance.
  • Solar Systems
    : Oversee technical scrutiny and ensure solar energy systems meet performance standards, grid compliance, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Electrical Panels
    : Ensure technical compliance of control and distribution panels, meeting safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lab Equipment
    : Perform technical evaluations and ensure all lab equipment meets compliance standards for testing and calibration of electrical products.
  • Technical Compliance
    : Ensure strict adherence to industry standards for all electrical products and systems:
  • ISO
    (International Standards Organization)
  • EN
    (European Norms)
  • NFPA
    (National Fire Protection Association)
  • BS
    (British Standards)
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Support
    : Provide support in resolving any technical issues encountered during procurement and commissioning phases, ensuring full compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with procurement, project management, and technical teams to ensure each product is procured, commissioned, and verified for compliance with all technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Electrical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in
    electrical systems
    and
    renewable energy
    with a focus on technical compliance.
  • Experience with
    DG Sets
    ,
    solar energy systems
    ,
    electrical panels
    , and
    lab equipment
    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    ISO
    ,
    EN
    ,
    NFPA
    , and
    BS standards
    is essential.
  • Strong technical evaluation and
    problem-solving
