Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Accounts Receivable Assistant located in Korangi, Karachi Division. The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for managing the billing process, controlling credit, generating invoices, and maintaining financial records. Day-to-day tasks include processing payments, handling customer inquiries related to accounts, and ensuring timely collections of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients to recover outstanding dues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and recovery activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Finance, or related field
. - Minimum 1 year
of relevant experience in recovery, collections, or accounts. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus.
