Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Night Shift

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month

Office Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to take ownership of the entire sales cycle—ranging from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international client engagement, and proven expertise in platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and is fluent in American-accented English.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal writing, and deal closure.
  • Source potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for strategic lead generation.
  • Craft customized and compelling proposals that align with client needs.

Client Communication & Meetings

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and follow-ups to build strong relationships.
  • Maintain high standards of communication in fluent American-accented English.

Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management

  • Book and manage meetings with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations.

Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute high-converting email marketing campaigns.
  • Use segmentation and personalization to improve response and conversion rates.

  • Be resourceful and creative in identifying qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Understand client pain points and align solutions accordingly.

4. Time & Task Management

  • Prioritize high-value leads and manage follow-ups efficiently.
  • Deliver timely responses and proposals under tight deadlines.

5. Continuous Learning & Agility

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in sales, marketing, and prospecting tools.
  • Be adaptable to feedback and ready to improve systems and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or international business development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (American accent is a must).
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
