Job Overview:
We are hiring a focused and results-driven Email Marketer to manage outbound email campaigns for US-based construction, contracting, and estimation services. This role is ideal for candidates who understand professional communication and lead generation in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run outbound email campaigns targeting US contractors, property managers, and construction companies
- Send cold and follow-up emails to generate qualified leads
- Use email tools such as Gmail, GMass, Mailmeteor, Apollo, Brevo, Google Sheets, etc.
- Track responses, manage inboxes, and organize leads
- Maintain clean email lists and campaign reports
- Coordinate with the sales/estimation team for lead handoff
Requirements:
- Strong written English (US business tone preferred)
- Understanding of cold email marketing and follow-ups
- Ability to work in night shift (USA time zone)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience in construction, estimation, or B2B services is a plus
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are welcome
