Cinepax is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior HR internship experience and will assist the HR department with daily administrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • · Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS and physical files.
  • · Support performance management processes and monthly HR reporting.
  • · Facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • · Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across all levels.
  • · Help manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • · Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • · Provide support in training & development coordination.
  • · Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • · Fresh to 6 months of HR experience.
  • · Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • · High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Female preferred

Location: Amir Khusro Road, Karachi

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Fresh to 6 months
