Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, university outreach, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Plan, execute & represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to attract top talent.
  • Oversee internship, trainee, and scholarship programs — from planning and selection to onboarding
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with universities and student organizations.
  • Organize external training sessions and manage all logistics, including trainer coordination and feedback collection.
  • Support employee offboarding, including exit interviews, documentation, farewell arrangements, and employee separation gifts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficient in using HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing internship, trainee, or scholarship programs is a plus.
