Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – Human Resources to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to build a career in HR. The trainee will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and handling documentation.
  • Participate in the design and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing training and development sessions and tracking employee learning progress.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data.
  • Contribute to policy formulation, compliance checks, and HR audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs and support HR projects.
  • Take on ad hoc assignments from HR leadership to build exposure in specialized areas.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience of 0-1 years minimum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work under supervision as well as independently.
