Position Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records, handle client coordination, and assist in office documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client coordination and follow-ups on pending tasks or documents
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital & physical records
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, invoices, and client updates
  • Maintain schedules and support workflow management for the operations team
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth daily operations and timely task completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good recordkeeping and documentation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
