About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Co-Ordinator to support our operational activities with international teams based in the USA and UK, primarily in the medical sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, coordination, and multitasking, and is looking to grow within a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to international teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and ensure smooth workflow across time zones.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and client communications.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and service standards, particularly in the medical domain.
  • Manage data entry, document processing, and task tracking with precision.
  • Participate in meetings, take clear notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support in scheduling, reporting, and problem resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a customer service or operational support role dealing with English-speaking clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and remote environment.

  • Adaptability to varying schedules, including weekend overtime when needed.

Working Hours:

  • Standard: 54 hours/week (Monday to Saturday) 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • Overtime: Optional weekend work based on team needs

Leave Policy & Benefits:

  • Annual Paid Leave: 22 days (including sick leave)
  • Increment: 15% after successful completion of probation
