Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
IT Business Partner – SAP PP/QM
to join our growing team. This role will act as the bridge between business operations and SAP technical teams, focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of driving continuous process improvement through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes and design appropriate SAP PP/QM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions in the PP and QM functional areas.
  • Collaborate with business users and process leads to ensure seamless process integration across departments.
  • Identify gaps and propose enhancements or custom solutions to improve performance and usability.
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Manage high-priority incidents and perform emergency changes to ensure business continuity.
  • Serve as a liaison between business functions and technical development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of hands-on experience with
    SAP PP and QM modules.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong record of taking initiative and delivering results.
