This role offers the opportunity to champion Quality Management Systems (QMS) and drive compliance excellence at GSK Pakistan. You will collaborate across teams to maintain robust systems, support continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GSK standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local regulations.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct self-inspections IBM audits and support audits to ensure compliance and readiness. Also responsible for governance of Management monitoring Audits at Site conducted by different sections.

• Coordinate and participate in Quality Council meetings to address quality concerns and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for audit findings, Quality alert, Bulletin, GMP Audits and any Regulatory actions.

• Handling of Regulatory inspections at Site.

• Handling of Health authorities related queries

Qualifications/Skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within the life sciences industry.

• Familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with SAP, VQD or similar systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
