We are looking for a PART-TIME detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant/Auditor to

manage financial auditing and reporting for our e-commerce accounts across Amazon,

Walmart, and eBay. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in Microsoft Excel and enjoys

working with data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

If Excel is not your strongest skill, this position will not be a good fit for you. you will be

using it extensively every day. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and clear

communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities


•
Financial Auditing & Reporting

o Conduct quarterly audits of all e-commerce accounts to ensure accuracy of

financial data.

o Prepare monthly expense reports and analyze spending patterns.

o Review weekly order reports and reconcile sales price vs. actual cost to

determine accurate profit margins.

o Cross-check an average of 3,000+ orders per month across multiple platforms.


•
Tax & Compliance

o Navigate marketplace platforms (e.g., Walmart, Kroger & Target) to identify tax

amounts paid on individual items.

o Determine which products are taxable vs. non-taxable and ensure proper

documentation.


•
Data Management & Analysis

o Create and customize reports in Excel on demand to support business decisions.

o Track refunds and returns, ensuring they are accurately updated in the system.
