The Role:

As our HR Manager, you'll be both a people champion and a business partner—balancing empathy with execution. You'll oversee the full spectrum of HR operations while shaping initiatives that align talent strategy with business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact culture, performance, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle—attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development programs.
  • Manage performance management systems and support leadership in coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Lead payroll, compensation, and benefits administration with precision.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, analytics, and reporting.
