Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujranwala for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Human Resources. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The Assistant/Deputy Manager will also assist in developing HR policies and strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and HR policies
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Experience in a managerial HR role is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
