We are looking for a
3D Generalist
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in all aspects of 3D production, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation support. This role requires adaptability and the ability to work across a wide range of projects, delivering high-quality 3D assets that meet artistic and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create 3D assets such as characters, environments, props, and vehicles.
  • Model, texture, rig, and render 3D assets optimized for real-time engines (Unreal/Unity) or pre-rendered pipelines.
  • Apply shaders, lighting, and materials to achieve desired visual quality.
  • Collaborate with concept artists, animators, and technical teams to bring assets into production.
  • Ensure assets meet technical requirements and are optimized for performance without compromising quality.
  • Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for production challenges.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining the project's overall art style and visual consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest 3D tools, workflows, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Fine Arts, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in multiple areas of 3D art.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (Maya/3ds Max/Blender, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) and asset integration.
  • Solid understanding of modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  • Basic rigging and animation knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong artistic sense of proportion, form, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
