About Us:

Liberty Books is one of Pakistan's leading book retailers and distributors, committed to promoting the culture of reading across the country. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our Sales Team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in assigned areas through effective customer relationship management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with retail outlets, institutions, and distributors to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or publishing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
