Job Description

Comtanix is a fast-growing IT Company situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ''Supply chain intern'' with great verbal and written communication skills.

To be a part of our company, you should;

  • Be proficient in English
  • Have impeccable finance and communication skills

Job requirements:

  • Contracts reporting
  • Managing vendor payments and compliance
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Timely preparation of POs for smooth functioning of procurement operation.
  • Generate invoices for all daily receiving's to manage the funds on time (If required).
  • To liaise with sales departments regarding procurement.
  • Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry
  • Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis
  • Check Prices from market & Vendor for better Scouring
  • Check Compliance as per requirement of project specification
  • Checking Data Sheet as per requirement of project items
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • To performs any other task/ duties that may be assigned by the management/supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to work in Night Shift
