We are seeking a dynamic
E-Commerce Sales & Supply Chain Lead
to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace operations while streamlining procurement and logistics functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in Amazon account sales, international supply chain management, and team leadership.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Amazon Account & Sales Management

  • Lead and grow Amazon marketplace sales across international markets.
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and product listing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Monitor KPIs (sales growth, conversion, reviews, buy box, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
  • Manage advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads) to boost product visibility.

Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Oversee procurement operations including vendor negotiations, sourcing, and inventory planning.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Manage warehousing, packaging, and dispatch processes for Amazon FBA/FBM.

Logistics & Operations

  • Handle customs clearance, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery coordination.
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (sales, operations, procurement).
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams for business growth.
  • Report performance insights and recommend process improvements to management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience
    in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Amazon Seller Central
    and FBA/FBM processes.
  • Experience with international procurement and logistics operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
