What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms in alignment with the brand's tone and marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for timely content delivery.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and share monthly insights.
  • Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement.
  • Strengthen online community relationships and foster positive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
