Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Faisalabad District. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, developing sales strategies, and ensuring an optimal assortment of merchandise. Daily tasks will include overseeing product selection and placement, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, conducting sales analysis, and providing excellent customer service and communication. The role will also involve training and managing a team to support merchandising activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Strategy development
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Assortment planning
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • Experience in the textile or retail industry is a plus
