Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
- 0-1 years of experience in telesales, client handling, or lead management.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English/Urdu)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms.
- Experience at firms such as Velosi, APEX, SGS, or Bureau Veritas will be considered a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct both inbound and outbound communication
- Oversee the complete lead management process: identification, qualification, nurturing, and conversion
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and well-documented engagement
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, complying with data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Generate and present regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline metrics
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets
Preferred Background:
- Candidates with prior experience in ISO certification bodies, inspection agencies, or HSE/quality consulting firms will be prioritized
- Familiarity with industry workflows in companies like Velosi, APEX, SGS, or Bureau Veritas is highly desirable
Key Skills:
- Telesales & cold calling

- CRM software proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Reporting & analytics
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
