Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel's operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:


• Operational Leadership: Direct daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales.


• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage department heads and their teams to ensure high performance, morale, and guest service standards.


• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service across all departments, handling high-level guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.


• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability.


• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and increase occupancy and revenue.


• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, legal, and licensing requirements.


• Strategic Planning: Set long-term goals, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)


• 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role


• Strong knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., PMS, POS)


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive revenue


• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and build a customer-focused culture
