Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and amenities to potential clients and partners. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Create attractive sales packages and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client meetings, and revenue generated
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's brand
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
