Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Trainer in Spoken English and Personality Development
at
COTHM International, Lahore
. The trainer will be responsible for
designing and delivering training sessions, updating course materials, assessing learner progress, and providing personalized feedback
to build fluency, confidence, and workplace readiness—empowering students to thrive in global professional environments. The role also involves
collaborating with fellow trainers and department heads
to ensure training programs align with institutional standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Experience in public speaking and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of personality development techniques
  • Ability to design and update training materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in education or training roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field
