We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder to become part of our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding projects, submitting persuasive bids, and converting opportunities into clients through the Upwork platform. This position requires strong written communication skills, the ability to engage with clients professionally, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for suitable projects daily on Upwork and place competitive bids.
  • Draft customized and professional proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients effectively to clarify needs and offer solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and secure agreements to close projects successfully.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for recurring work.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly project acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, conversions, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience working as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar business development role.
  • Strong command of written English with excellent proposal writing skills.
  • Confident in handling client communications and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-focused.
  • Willingness to work on-site in DHA Phase VI, Karachi.
  • Available Shifts: Night only
