Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Lahore, for a Sales Representative at TRUCKSTAR DISPATCH SERVICES. The Sales Representative will be responsible for securing new business, managing customer relationships, negotiating rates and contracts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting for new clients, managing logistics, coordinating with the dispatch team, and handling any issues related to shipments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight dispatch, and transportation industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for logistics and sales
  • Experience in dispatch, safety, IFTA, hiring drivers, and factoring is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
