Position: Facebook Ad Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven
Facebook Ad Strategist
to manage and scale paid campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, a strong grasp of funnel strategy, and a deep understanding of e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven Facebook advertising strategies.
  • Create and manage ad campaigns across different objectives (Conversions, Traffic, Leads, etc.).
  • Perform audience research, A/B testing, and optimization to improve ROAS.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align ad copies, visuals, and landing pages with campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and advertising best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of running successful e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
