About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to join our content team. You'll be responsible for managing the full video production process — from concept development and pre-production planning to filming, editing, and final delivery — optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, understands digital trends, and can bring creative ideas to life through engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production


• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.


• Write scripts, shot lists, and storyboards for social media content.


• Plan shoots including scheduling, Recce, and equipment setup.


• Coordinate with talent, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shoot execution.

Production


• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.


• Direct on-set production ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.


• Capture engaging footage optimized for vertical and horizontal social formats.


• Ensure all footage is organized and properly archived for post-production.

Post-Production


• Edit videos for various social platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.


• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound effects as needed.


• Optimize content for platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).


• Color correct, mix audio, and export final deliverables according to brand guidelines.


• Stay updated on video trends and implement creative editing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).


• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in video production for social media.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).


• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.


• Experience filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.


• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording techniques.


• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


• A creative mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
