About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Products Specialist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital platforms. As a Digital Products Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and management of innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user expectations, align with business goals, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

o Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products across web and mobile platforms.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, user flows, and technical requirements.

o Write and review code snippets for prototypes, automation scripts, and product enhancements (HTML/CSS/JS or Python preferred).

o Create dashboards and reports to track product KPIs, user engagement, and feature adoption.

o Analyze and present usage data via weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and decision making.

o Provide strategic input for product positioning and differentiation.

o Gather and analyse user feedback through surveys, interviews, and analytics.

o Collaborate with design teams to improve UI/UX based on user behavior and feedback.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital product development, UX/UI, or technical product roles.
  • Proficiency in basic coding (HTML/CSS/JS or Python) and data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello, and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive digital projects forward.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
