Trainee AI/ML R&D Engineer

Veevo Tech is a product-based company having more than a decade of experience and established products and solutions within the communication segment including SMS, Voice Call, and WhatsApp.

We are seeking Trainee AI/ML R&D Engineer having following JD:

• Product Innovation & Management

• Lead research initiatives to identify emerging AI/ML trends, competitive opportunities, and potential breakthroughs for new product features.
• Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch AI-powered innovations or enhancements within existing SaaS offerings.
• Continuously analyze market and user feedback to refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quality standards.

• Digital Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Partner with marketing teams to showcase AI-related features in digital campaigns, webinars, and social media content.
• Provide technical insights and data-driven results to support promotional materials, helping to clearly communicate the value of AI solutions.
• Review and refine marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy in representing AI/ML capabilities.

• Content Development & User Education

• Develop and maintain user-facing content (video tutorials, written guides, FAQs) focused on explaining AI-driven features, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality, engaging educational materials that enhance product adoption.
• Stay updated on AI/ML industry standards to ensure training content remains relevant and future-proof.

• Customer Engagement & Growth

• Monitor and analyze user interactions with AI functionalities, gathering insights to improve model performance and overall user experience.
• Design feedback loops that encourage users to share their experiences, aiding continuous refinement of AI models and features.
• Support sales and customer success teams in explaining technical concepts and demonstrating real-world benefits of AI-driven solutions to prospects and existing clients.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to ensure AI/ML initiatives are strategically aligned and meet high-quality standards.
• Coordinate model training, fine-tuning, and deployment processes to maintain efficiency, reliability, and scalability across products.
• Implement and uphold best practices in data handling, security, and performance testing for all AI components.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Establish clear metrics (e.g., accuracy, recall, precision, ROI, user adoption rates) to measure the impact and success of AI/ML features.
• Gather and analyze performance data, preparing reports with actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.
• Use data-driven approaches to iterate on strategies, continuously optimizing AI models, user engagement, and product outcomes.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 35K-45K as per professional experiences + KPI allowances/bonuses, the location of the job is at VT PSH Office - Main University Road, Peshawar
