Job Summary:

Lead innovation, product development, and process improvement for MDF, particleboard, and laminate products, ensuring alignment with global design trends and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and launch new finishes and designs aligned with market trends.
  • Benchmark existing products, identify portfolio gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Enhance production efficiency, quality, and sustainability (E1 compliance).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to drive R&D strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design Studio on product presentation and storytelling.
  • Support sales teams in client meetings with technical expertise and product insights.
  • Manage R&D team, budgets, and innovation pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Business Administration.
  • 5–7 years' experience in R&D or Product Development within Building Materials, Laminates, or Furniture Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of MDF/particleboard processes and design trends.
