We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 months of proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, writing winning proposals, and managing client communications on Upwork.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure new projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Write tailored and compelling proposals to maximize conversion.
  • Research and analyze potential clients, markets, and industries to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and support in building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure proposals align with service offerings.
  • Track and report lead generation, conversions, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 months of proven experience in business development, preferably on Upwork.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, web development, or related services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Ability to draft clear, persuasive, and professional proposals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
