We focus on adhering to most ADA compliances and building codes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revit Specialist located in Karachi Division. The Revit Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, preparing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with design teams and supporting permit set production. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and renderings
  • Experience in creating construction documents and permit sets
  • Knowledge of building codes and ADA compliances
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an architectural or interior design firm is necessary
