Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Karāchi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the role involves assisting with performance management processes and employee development programs.

  • Employee relations management and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in performance management and employee development programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the Sales, Marketing, or Branding industry is a plus
