  • Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to improve product features.
  • Write clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance using data analytics and customer feedback, and suggest optimizations.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic goals.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate product launches, including internal communications, training, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Familiarity with the Fintech domain (RegTech, digital banking, AML/KYC solutions, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs300,000.00 per month
