We're Hiring: Intake Coordinator | Rehab Accomplished Inc.

Rehab Accomplished Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for a
highly organized and proactive Intake Coordinator
to join our team If you excel at communication, coordination, and managing multiple tasks smoothly, this role is for you.

Position: Intake Coordinator (On-Site)
Office Time: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (Night Shift)
Industry: Home Health | Healthcare Administration
Key Responsibilities


Client Intake & Onboarding

  • Handle new client inquiries
  • Collect required documents and ensure a smooth onboarding process


Scheduling & Calendar Coordination

  • Schedule patient visits
  • Manage therapist calendars and availability


Billing / Invoicing / Timesheet Tracking

  • Verify visits and timesheets for billing
  • Coordinate with accounting for invoicing accuracy


Phone Call Handling & Follow-Ups

  • Attend calls professionally
  • Follow up with clients, therapists, and agencies as needed


Email & Correspondence Management

  • Respond to daily emails promptly
  • Maintain communication logs and updates

Requirements

  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in home health, healthcare admin, or coordination roles (preferred)
  • Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
