Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Engineer specializing in X-Ray equipment, located in Karachi. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of X-Ray equipment. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues, offering solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. This role also involves coordinating with team members and technical staff to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in Customer Support
- Knowledge of Network Security and Cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the healthcare industry and with X-Ray equipment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
