Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist (VoIP Solutions Consultant), you'll lead camera-facing demonstrations of our technology products to C-level executives, business owners, and IT decision-makers. Beyond demos, you'll ensure client satisfaction by providing post-demo support and building lasting relationships to convert leads into loyal clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live virtual and in-person demos to showcase features like VoIP calling, video conferencing, CRM integrations, and advanced call management.
  • Engage with CEOs, business owners, and IT leaders, tailoring presentations to their unique business challenges and goals and build strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Confidently answer technical and business-related questions during demos, positioning us as a trusted partner.
  • Provide post-demo follow-up support, addressing client questions and facilitating smooth onboarding with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to qualify leads and ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales cycle from DEMO to proposal, negotiation, and closing and keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on product developments, competitors, and industry trends to position 3CX effectively.
  • Contribute to refining demo content and customer success processes to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in B2B sales, customer success, or technical demo roles, ideally in telecom, SaaS, or Unified Communications.
  • Exceptional on-camera presence and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor; female candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with VoIP, PBX, or UC platforms (training will be provided).
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into compelling business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven skills in building rapport with senior executives and handling objections gracefully.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage demo schedules and client follow-ups.
