Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (Team Lead) with expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and 2D/3D animation. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of professional experience and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 10+ creative professionals. This role demands a visionary leader who can translate client needs into impactful visual solutions, manage diverse design projects, and drive innovation through the integration of new tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of social media creatives, ad campaign designs, and marketing assets based on client priorities.
  • Oversee the design of blog images, website assets (icons, images, favicons), presentations, and print materials.
  • Direct the production of video editing projects, motion graphics, and high-quality 2D & 3D animated videos.
  • Create and refine UI/UX designs using Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Guide the development of infographics, UGC video ads, AI-powered designs, and automation assets for client deliverables.
  • Supervise camera production including shooting, capturing, and recording, ensuring top-quality output.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright standards for sound libraries and conduct branding/market research for client projects.
  • Spearhead the adoption of AI tools (design and voice-over generation) to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Lead logo design projects, aligning with client brand identity and vision.
  • Manage print and publication design tasks, ensuring accurate and professional results.
  • Handle and mentor a creative team of 10+ designers, providing guidance, performance reviews, and skill development.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, including at least 3 years in a senior/team lead role.
  • Proven expertise in Graphics Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, 2D & 3D Animation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality designs for top-tier brands.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large creative teams and manage end-to-end design projects.
