About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts Officer
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions including vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Prepare and reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and supplier accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/ACCA / ICMA / CA Inter candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or ERP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
