Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and administrative tasks. The HR Executive will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, leaves, etc.)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Support performance management processes
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist with training and development programs
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR in Medical Billing Industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
