Location: 2nd Floor, Kamran Javed Plaza, Above Askari Bank, Khawaja Corporation Chowk, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi

Timing: Night Shift

Experience: 1–2 years (HR operations or recruitment preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in HR / Business Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.

Additional Requirement:

  • Must be willing to commit to at least 12 months of employment
  • Data Management:
  • Enter and maintain employee data accurately in HR systems and databases.
  • Organize and compile HR reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Support HR team in analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general admin assistance to the HR department, including tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Help organize HR events and activities.
  • Draft and circulate HR communications when needed.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
