Job description:

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill the tasks assigned by the Collection Manager.
  • At least 3 months of experience in telephone sales/debt collection management, with a management team of no less than 10 members to achieve the company's monthly targets, and implement and complete the company's performance and assessment targets.
  • Manage compliance for the team to prevent any quality inspection issues.
  • Conduct training for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Perform on-site inspections and guide to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Age between 23 and 30, with a high school diploma or higher education.
  • Over 3 months of experience in managing a collection team (proof of prior performance required).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
